This villa is located in the Surfside community, a southern suburb of Potrero with multiple restaurants, bars, tour offices and supermarkets within walking distance. Surfside is on the main, paved highway between Flamingo and Potrero — a beautiful beach-lined drive with access to Tamarindo in the south and Playas del Coco in the north. 

The international airport in Liberia is less than 1 hour away, as are all other conveniences including pharmacies, medical clinics, banks, and shopping. 

If you’re looking for adventure, Costa Rica has you covered with a range of activities including surfing, scuba, snorkeling, sailing, sportfishing, ziplining, ATV tours, volcanoes, and sunset cruises. 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
