The luxurious, contemporary-furnished 3-level chalet includes a main house with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with an additional apartment featuring 1 double bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 shared bathroom (sleeping option for 4 persons). The two spaces can be connected to each other, creating one large property capable of hosting up to 13 persons. The property is elegantly decorated and furnished with exclusive design furniture, and both the main house and apartment feature modern, fully equipped kitchens.

The ground floor features a spacious entrance hall with a wardrobe, leading to the large, open kitchen equipped with modern facilities and a dining area. Additionally, a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a bathroom next door, a laundry room, a technical room, and a small terrace are located on this floor. Connected to the main house but also accessible via its own external entrance, the separate apartment includes a living room (which can be turned into a second bedroom), a small dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor, a spacious living area with a bar, a large dining area, a cozy couch area, and a fireplace open onto a huge, sunny terrace. Additionally, there is another bedroom with an attached bathroom on this floor. The second floor features a private area with another master bedroom offering stunning mountain views, a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate area with a walk-in closet and a small library for relaxation.

The mountain village Maloja, located on Lake Sils, is just a 2-minute walk from the house. The hike around Lake Sils is considered one of the most beautiful in Switzerland. The Engadin offers an unrivaled choice of top-class winter sports, including skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe treks, snowkiting, ice climbing, and ice skating. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are pistes with state-of-the-art infrastructure in the surrounding area.
