The sitting room features a very comfy three-seater sofa with great views of the garden, a Smart TV with fibre optic WiFi access, hundreds of TV channels and languages, books and DVDs, a wood burner for the colder winter nights and a dining area for two. A safe is also provided for guest security.

Externally, there´s an outdoor shower for cooling off and various seating areas dotted around the tropical courtyard garden in both sun and shade, so guests can really enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors. There's also a barbecue for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.

The owners have created a great outdoor dining area using an old tree trunk as a table base. And they are real garden lovers - continually improving the courtyard and adding new plants on a regular basis.

The garden provides great colour and interest all year round and hosts a wonderful range of plants including a giant Drago palm - typical of the Canary Islands - Mascarena palms, Traveller palms, African aloes, bananas, strelitzas, hibiscus, passion flowers and many more besides.

The bedroom boasts a very comfortable memory foam queen-size double bed and built-in wardrobes.

There´s a large walk-in shower in the bright and light bathroom which has been tiled in Travertine marble.

Beach - Arrieta - One of the most beautiful, unspoilt beaches on the island - Arrieta - is located just a five-minute drive away from the Finca.

LOCATION DETAILS
Green Village - Finca Botanico is located in Guatiza, one of the greenest villages in Lanzarote in the heart of an active farming community and in close proximity to the world-famous Cactus Garden created by Cesar Manrique, which is just a short stroll away from the property.

Bars and Restaurants - An excellent Italian restaurant, Tasca de Lita, is located less than three minutes walk away. Guatiza is also home to three other bars serving snacks and tapas as well as a late-night music bar with live acts.

Walking and Trekking - The Finca is surrounded by countryside so there are loads of scenic walks right on the doorstep. Organised treks with local guides can also be arranged on request.
