Inside, you’ll discover an oasis of tranquility. On the entry level, walk into the private suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, living room, kitchenette including a grill on the balcony, and beautiful views of both the Sea of Cortes and the Marina. As you walk down the Cantera stone steps, the first queen casita with an ensuite bathroom and patio, with a view, is privately situated along the hillside. Continue down the villa’s steps to enjoy its beautiful outdoor covered dining space that comfortably seats 8 and up to 10 people. Across from the dining area is the entry to a second queen casita with an ensuite bathroom before you are welcomed inside the main villa.

The main villa has an authentic Mexican vibe with its Saltillo tile floors and a blend of local furniture, artwork, and decorative accents. The fully equipped kitchen looks over the inviting great room, allowing the cooks in the kitchen to always be a part of the fun! Down the hall from the great room are the two final king bedrooms. These bedrooms are located on the pool level, offering scenic views that open directly onto the pool deck. One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other includes a detached bathroom.

Walk out of the great room onto the patio and be completely swept away by the villa’s views and impressive outdoor area. By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School, College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted without approval (fee). 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.  Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–9am.
