The villa is located on Lefkada’s southwestern coast, just 2 kilometers from Athani village and close to several local tavernas. Its elevated position offers stunning sea views and spectacular sunsets, while also providing easy access to the island’s top beaches, which are just a 5-10 minute drive away.
The interior blends modern elegance with earthy tones, creating a welcoming and harmonious ambiance. The villa boasts three ensuite bedrooms, along with an additional guest WC. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a cozy sitting area, making it a perfect setting for relaxation and comfort.
This villa features an infinity pool and jacuzzi, where guests can enjoy serene views of the sea and spectacular sunsets. The expansive terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and an in-ground seating area, offering multiple spots to unwind and soak up the sun. The villa is part of a villa complex, yet it is entirely independent from the other two villas, each of which is situated on different ground levels. Although the three villas share a common entrance gate, this villa is reached mainly by a separate driveway.
The property is about 2 km from the village of Athani. It is also a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (9km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km). The road leading to the villa is unpaved, but no issues for all normal type of cars.
The villa’s normal occupancy is 6 people it could also sleep up to two additional persons (if children are included) at a sofa bed/camp bed at a small extra cost.
