Boasting 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, outdoor swimming pool, sunny terrace, and gas barbecue, it comfortably accommodates 7 to 9 guests.

The largest bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a spacious double bed and a separate single bed, along with a private bathroom with a shower and direct access to the terrace. The second and third bedrooms, situated on the first floor, each offer direct access to a sea-view balcony, as well as large double beds and private bathrooms with showers.

The ground floor living room is adorned with ample seating, including a sofa that can be converted into an additional sleeping bed for two. Entertainment options abound, with a Smart TV featuring satellite channels and a pre-installed Netflix App. The fully equipped kitchen ensures culinary convenience, equipped with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, blender, juicer, kettle, and DeLonghi coffee maker.
