This villa spans two stories, with the ground floor hosting an expansive lounge area designed for relaxation. The space is adorned with plush sofas, a television, and a generously sized dining table, setting the stage for shared meals with loved ones. Alongside, you'll find a room graced with a traditional Tuscan fireplace, a reading room or study, and a convenient shower room with WC. The villa is thoughtfully equipped with amenities such as a washing machine, drying rack, and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The first floor unveils three spacious bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) as well as a single bedroom, all charmingly adorned with authentic Tuscan accents. This level also houses a bathroom with a shower and a sprawling 50 m2 terrace, where you can savor open-air dining against the backdrop of Tuscany's rolling hills. On this floor, a fully-equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a refrigerator, compact freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Embracing pet-friendliness, our villa welcomes your furry companions, and travel cots are available for added convenience. The expansive lounge area is fully air-conditioned, and fresh air circulates through the main hallway on the first floor, ensuring a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is equipped with a floor fan.

Unwind by the private panoramic swimming pool, accompanied by sun loungers and umbrellas. Take in the captivating vistas of the Pisan hills while relishing a glass of wine from the renowned "Terre di Pisa" region. Elevating your experience, the villa offers in-villa cooking classes, pizza workshops, and chef services to immerse you in Tuscan culinary traditions. Check-in directly at the villa is available between 4 and 6 p.m.

Rates encompass essential comforts such as pool towels, bedroom, and bath towels, heating (from November to March), air conditioning (from June to September), and a thoughtful welcome basket featuring 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of wine, 2 dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, 2 toilet rolls, and 2 hand soap dispensers. A mandatory tourist tax of 1 Euro per person per day, up to 5 days, applies.
