The outdoor space, about 2000 square metres, is fenced off (500mq) and furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers near the pool, giving guests the chance to enjoy moments in the open air. In addition, near the swimming pool there is a 20sqm covered loggia where there is a barbecue area furnished with table and chairs for dinners/aperitifs at sunset. The panoramic view will leave you breathless, in fact in addition to the beautiful hills from the property you can see Siena and the Torre del Mangia. The characteristic of this property is to be in a strategic position that will allow you to visit the surrounding area, discovering the characteristic villages of Murlo (23min), Montalcino (45min), Rapolano Terme (40min) and cities of interest such as Siena (25min), Florence (1h30min) or Perugia (1h35min). Don't miss the routes along the Via Francigena for trekking and cycling enthusiasts or the wine tastings typical of the area. The living room is large and well furnished with a double sofa bed and Smart TV. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bathtub. Iron and ironing board, laundry room on the ground floor, cot and high chair are at guests' disposal.
