The outdoor covered dining room, made of weathered wood, welcomes up to eight guests in a selected furniture, facing the ocean and the beach below. A second rattan and glass dining table is installed at the back under a covered terrace. Inside, you’ll enjoy cooking your meals and preparing cocktails in utmost comfort in the fully-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen.

Stairs will lead you on the terrace with deckchairs around the heated swimming pool in a tropical environment. Enjoy the unique and amazing view over the Bonhomme island, Fourchue, Saint Martin and Anguilla islands… and the blue ocean.

On the middle level, have a rest in the quiet and relaxing spaces with three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and open onto the hillside vegetation.

Opens onto a spacious terrace, with a table for four people and two sun loungers, with a staircase leading to the pool terrace on the lower level. Bathroom shared with bedroom 2 with rain and regular shower, double sink, hair dryer. Hill view.
