During the winter season, this villa remains available for rental as it is equipped with efficient heating systems. However, please note that the swimming pool and outdoor gym facilities will be temporarily closed from the end of September until April. Despite the closure of these outdoor amenities, the villa's indoor spaces offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay during the colder months.
