VILLA NOTE
 Two additional sleeping areas are not located in the main sleeping wing of the house. One is the spa room, which can be converted into a bedroom using a sleeper sofa, and the other is a lower-floor entertainment room, also convertible with a sleeper sofa. Sleeping capacity is 8, but can accommodate up to 12 upon request.
