Head past Positano and Sorrento to Massa Lubrense, on the tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, where you can enjoy a slower, less touristy experience and some of the region's most beautiful bays. This is an area where hillsides covered in terraces of lemon and olive trees give way to a landscape crisscrossed by ancient mule tracks and reveal incredible views of the sparkling blue sea.

The villa is perfectly located for visiting the beaches and villages of the north and south coasts of the peninsula. Massa Lubrense is just 1.5km away and Sorrento, Positano and the iconic towns and villages of the Amalfi Coast are easily accessible by bus.

Furnished in a simple, contemporary style, with bright turquoise ceramic floors, the villa extends over 3 floors and offers 300m2 of living space. The entrance is on the upper floor, while the lower level is at sea level. From here there is direct access to the sea and San Montano beach, a private concrete terrace shared by local residents. Sun loungers and chairs are available on the terrace. A parking space is included in the rent.

A bright and airy living room offers plenty of space to relax. Furnished with large, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a dining table for six for cooler evenings, the room leads, via floor-to-ceiling French windows, to a covered outdoor terrace. Sheltered from the heat of the sun in the warmer months of the year, it is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy al fresco meals overlooking the sea. A large awning provides extra shade if needed. At the other end of the living room, a large archway leads directly to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom on floor -1 is the highlight of the property, as it leads to a beautiful terrace with heavenly views, a relaxation area and a plunge pool.
