The villa stands on two hectares of land planted with olive, almond, fig and Mediterranean scrub trees. The trullo opens onto a large living area with living room with fireplace, dining room, large equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry room, plus a bathroom also accessible from the outside.The living room leads to three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The fourth double bedroom has independent access and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The bathrooms in the sleeping area are complete with shower. Outdoors, there is a large covered patio with a large dining table equipped with a barbecue and a pizza oven. Next to it is a relaxation area with large brickwork sofas in the shade of a large oak tree and a hammock.

Completing the property is a salt-water infinity pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols with a suggestive view of the valley. An outdoor shower is available next to the pool.
