Outside of the villa, you will find a pool with massage jets, perfect for refreshments on hot days. Furthermore, there are lot of Mediterranean plants in the garden, and pots all over the estate. In addition, you will find a covered dining room and the grill here. The surrounding area of the villa is rich in numerous cycling and hiking trails. So, make sure to bring your best walking shoes with you! Free bikes at the disposal will wait for you at the villa.

Since the location of the villa is remote, it is mandatory to have a car. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest larger town of Pazin is a 20-minute drive away. There are plenty of options for day trips from this beautiful villa, including visits to natural parks, beaches, and historic sites throughout Istria.
