The interior of this spacious house spreads over 160m2 (1700+ sq ft.) and is divided in two floors. On the first floor there are four comfortable en suite bedrooms. Two rooms have king size beds and the other two have twin beds, comfortably sleeping 8 in total.

All rooms are air conditioned with a working desk and television. The rooms with twin beds are decorated with children’s drawings, offering a welcoming atmosphere for all children that visit this villa.

The ground floor has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, open space dining room connected with the living room, which provides direct access to the expansive seaside terrace and private swimming pool. The floor to ceiling sliding glass walls seamlessly connects the interior and exterior space, providing natural light and breathtaking views across all seasons and weather changes.

The outdoor area provides everything needed for a premium and private vacation: a swimming pool with sea views, sun loungers, outdoor shower and sauna. A second terrace, located on the island side of the house, provides a wood burning BBQ area and open-air dining room, which is connected to the indoor kitchen.

A remote controlled gated entrance provides private parking for two vehicles. Splitska is a quiet and secluded village on the island of Brač, 7 km from Supetar. Splitska is surrounded by Mediterranean flora and the sea with authentic Dalmatian ambiance. The village offers a local grocery store, a number of excellent restaurants and a pizzeria, all within walking distance. Splitska is an ideal place for a family vacation with both the proximity of Supetar city and quietness of a secluded quiet location. Hourly ferry transport to/from the mainland is available in Supetar, where one can also access all other urban infrastructure.
