The serene and quiet environment enhances the charm of the place, making it a perfect getaway to relax and release stress. The wider area around the premises is with wild verdant land covered by olive groves, adding to the rich natural green scenery, while the wider area around the villa comprises of scattered, low-rise houses and vacation villas. Being close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri), the villa provides options for exploration, while watersports like kitesurfing and windsurfing are yet another option close by.
