Stunning Trulli and Stone Villa with Private Pool and Breathtaking Views in Ostuni from VILLAWAY®

This fine villa is a luxury self-catering villa situated nearby the “White city” of Ostuni with a unique offering in the whole area: an outdoor 50sqm pool, an indoor SPA pool and and outdoor Jacuzzi. The structure is composed by two adjacent units (that we always rent together): an ancient trulli complex renovated with the greatest care and respect for the tradition and a stone house. The Trulli complex has three double bedrooms (with double French beds). Each of these suites has its ensuite bathroom with thermostatic showers. Furthermore, the Trulli complex has an entrance / dining room, a fully furnished kitchen an ample living room with a large - made in Italy - soda and another bathroom. Furthermore, there is also an indoor veranda with the indoor pool. Thus, the trulli complex has three rooms and four bathrooms. Each of the suites has Air Conditioning. The second structure, the stone house, has an ample open space, a fully furnished kitchen, a double bedroom (with a French bed) and a bedroom with three bunk beds realised by an artisan and designed through wooden beams. This second structure also has two bathrooms and A/C in the open space. Thus, the whole structure can accommodate up to 11 guests in 5 rooms, with a total of 6 bathrooms.Both the two structures are fully furnished with a cooker, a large fridge, an oven, dishwasher and laundry machine. In this way, if - by example - a group of two families travelling together rents the property, each can have its spaces. The interior design has been curated up until the smallest details, starting from a “rustic & local” style. It incorporates a rustic chic style made possible by the reuse and upcycling of typical Apulian tools and furnitures together with luxurious items - thus perfectly fitting within the territorial context. In this way the guests can enjoy a luxurious yet authentic experience.

The gem of the indoors of the property is the veranda within the trulli complex. It features an all-glass windows style that creates a wonderful Indoor-Outdoor effect. Within the veranda there is an indoor SPA pool (6x2.5mt). This pool is made in Italy by Hi-Tide (a similar pool by this company features in the Mega Yacht “Attila”) and it is a technological ozone-filtered pool with 7 hydro massage posts, infinity swim and chromotherapy. Furthermore, it is heated to about 31 degrees (celsius) so it can be used in any climate. The veranda where the indoor pool is situated also has air conditioning, so that the guests can fully use it also during the warmest hours and the warmest days. However, one of the characteristics that makes the property unique is represented by its outdoors - and the blissful panorama its guests can enjoy. This fine villa faces an intimate valleys composed by grain fields, olive trees and oak woods.

The property also has an outdoor pool (that has been just built) of about 50 square metres with a parterre / poolside around it of about 150 square metres. Furthermore, nearby the parterre there is also another rounded solarium of about 90 square metres.
The outdoor swimming pool is in a dominating position, so it enjoys the view on the blissful valley in front of the property. Apart from the outdoor pool, the property also has an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people nested in ancient stones. The Jacuzzi is also heated, and the guests loves to experience it especially by night, bathing under the stars. The outdoors of the property features more than 500 square metres of ample solariums on various levels - with many al fresco spaces and ample tables where the guests can dine - repaired from the sun. Also, on the ample terrace in front of the Trulli complex there is another cooking station with a basin and a fridge, so that (maybe in the evening) the guests can also cook outdoor. Furthermore, nearby the terrace there is also an ample bbq, a pizza oven and an ample space to make pizzas. The guests often love to request a pizza chef on site. Also nearby the outdoor pool there is a fridge, so that the guests may always have a fresh drink at hand. There are also three outdoor heated showers and a sun-heated shower nearby the pool.
