Up to 10 guests can sleep across five inviting doubles, including three that can be made up as a twin, whilst a quad bedroom with bunk-beds allows space for an additional four children. Other attractive features include Smart TV, an 85-inch screen home cinema room, air-conditioning in every bedroom as well as table tennis and boules. LOCATION DETAILS
With glorious views over the Saint Tropez Gulf, this villa is set above the coast on a hillside between Sainte-Maxime and Grimaud, less than 1.5km from a highly regarded 18-hole golf course and tennis club. Along this part of the French Riviera, find small bays sheltered by pine trees as well as a range of summer watersports and beachside restaurants. Further along is Sainte Maxime (6.5km), a relaxed resort which has a ‘Famille Plus’ designation. As well as attractive beaches, the old town is charming with café terraces, restaurants, a daily covered market and a vibrant Thursday morning market. Taking a boat trip from Sainte-Maxime or Port Grimaud is a great way to avoid the summer traffic when visiting Saint-Tropez or look out for other excursions towards Saint-Raphaël and beyond. Other activities in the area include horse-riding, wonderful nature walks, cycling as well as go-karting, polo, waterparks and more. Saint-Tropez (11km) is such a fine day out, not only to soak up its glamorous vibe by the marina and in one of the former fishing village’s high-end restaurants, but also for it’s characterful old quarter and atmospheric twice-weekly market. The exclusive beach clubs at Plage de Pampelonne (16km) may also attract you or perhaps you would prefer to drive a little further to the wilder landscapes, vineyards and idyllic beaches near La Croix Valmer (15km). Elsewhere, find time to explore the picture-perfect villages nearby such as Grimaud (9km), Gassin (11km) and Ramatuelle (13km), all with glorious French Riviera views from their hilltop settings. Another must-see is the unique town of Port-Grimaud (5.5km), known as the ‘Venice of Provence’ with its waterways that you can explore by boat.

Security deposit? €2000 charged to client’s credit card as a pre-authorisation one month before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming. Pool heating charge? Free if staying a minimum of 7 nights. For shorter stays, there is a charge of €400, payable locally on arrival - pool heating should be requested in advance. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Changeover day? Saturday in July and August. Flexible during all other periods. Minimum stay? 7 nights (July and August) or 4 nights at other times (see above re. pool heating charge for stays of less than one week). Tax?
