This Villa is right in front of Talamanca beach and just 4km away from the city center and 5 min to Marina Botafoch. Jesus is a 2 min drive and offers all sorts of services, banks, supermarkets, etc. It's everything around you here.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
At check-in you will be asked to pay the Balearic Islands Tourism Tax: €2 per adult (over 16 years of age) per night with a maximum charge of 16 nights (to be paid in cash on arrival unless otherwise agreed).

The charge for check-ins after 21:00 is €100.

During check-out, the inventory of the mini-bar will be made and any additional charge for its use must be paid in cash before leaving the property.
