An open concept hallway lined with water gardens on each side leads you past three ocean view bedrooms and right to the main foyer. The magical Master Bedroom of the Point Luxury Villa rivals the top in the world. It is the largest room in the house by far and has a 180 degree view of both the Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Comes complete with a front seat view of the majestic Pacific sunsets. Enjoy the view from the beautiful and spacious balcony as well as from the hand carved custom made four post king bed.

Use the desk area to write a postcard to send home or relax in the sitting area and help yourself to something from the suite mini bar. Impressive craftsmanship from talented designer Patrick Rey. Enjoy a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower in the incredibly spacious 8 spout shower. Features hydraulic lift Tv, automatic open/close curtains and a custom walnut walk-in closet.

The Point boasts a fully equipped professional grade kitchen with granite countertops, high end appliances and every culinary convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked and features two gas stoves, two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, 2 moveable bar stations, 2 wine coolers, filtered cold, sparkling and hot water dispenser, a large outdoor BBQ grill, a commercial style smoker and a small service kitchen. When it’s time to dine, enjoy all of the villa meals in the dining area surrounded by spectacular ocean views. Beautiful palms, fruit trees and a majestic Bismarck create an atmosphere that respects the Costa Rica heritage of the landscape.The large infinity pool between the beach and the house offers a refreshing respite from the midday heat as it appears to melt into the Pacific. The pool deck features comfortable lounge chairs, and a wonderfully shady Gazebo.

Right around dusk as the sun starts to slip into the Pacific the staff will light the fire torches around the pool and the fireplace, creating a truly magical ambiance.

Main House, 2nd floor next to the Master- Splittable King and bunk beds- Bottom Bunk can be turned into a King - so King on bottom and individual on top. Or 3 Individual beds w/bunk style - Many times used as a children's room if needed.
