A charming farmhouse dating back to the fourteenth century with an adjoining church that was once the parish of the estate and takes its name from the bishop of Spoleto, San Savino, to whom the church was dedicated. Surely one of the oldest villas on the estate, it retains original features such as its imposing ancient stone walls and terracotta floors. The history, sense of congregation, and peace that have always characterized this building can still be clearly perceived today inside the villa and in the elegant garden with terrace overlooking a breathtaking view.

Late check-in (after 8:00 pm) requires advance notice and incurs a €150 fee
No check-ins after midnight
Check-out by 10:00 am
Transfer policy: only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted on the estate
Guests are strongly advised to have a rental vehicle; low-clearance cars are not suitable for estate gravel roads
Extra services and activities must be booked through Tenuta Umbra
Only Villa Ugo is available for weddings, events, and parties (up to 55 guests, upon request)
