The Villa covers 300 square meters, spreads over two floors, and has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna with a shower, private gym. It is a perfect vacation villa in Dubrovnik for 8 guests. The ground floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining area. The living room is tastefully decorated with neutral colors that provide warmth and comfort. Exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and the stone walls create a stunning effect and emphasize the space’s architecture. On the other side of the living room wall, up a few stairs, there is a charming kitchen with an island and an exit to the balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. The dining area has a table for 8, a barbecue, and a farm sink that evokes past times. Two of the four bedrooms, one being the master bedroom, are on this floor. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have slanted ceilings that give the space a sense of uniqueness. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, LCD TV, and sophisticated decor.
