Visit 4-star fie villa with a heated pool and sports courts in Pula town, Istria. The contemporary villa boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons. This vacation home is located 5 km from the sea, so we recommend renting a car.
The spacious estate is attractive and has 1000 m2. The highlight of the villa is a swimming pool of 50 m2 that can be heated, which is great for the guests coming in preseason and postseason. The attractive pool area has comfortable lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The garden around the pool has authentic Mediterranean plants. The property is fenced and offers privacy and peace.
The interior of the villa is modern and stylish. Each detail has been carefully selected, with a lot of love and dedication. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for carefree cooking. It is connected to an elegant living area with a fireplace. From the ample glass walls, you can enjoy the garden and pool view.
Both, kitchen and living area exit to a spacious terrace with a pool. The summer kitchen with an alfresco dining area for 10 is excellent for socializing with family and friends. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The rest of the dormitory is on the first floor and boasts 3 elegant bedrooms. Each has a private en-suite bathroom and a view of the park. Billiard, table soccer, and 3 bicycles are also at disposal. A sauna will be great after a tennis match or after swimming in the pool.
