In addition, the villa has a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, easily accessible from the kitchen and living room, set up with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and an outdoor living corner with sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy unforgettable moments of Relax. The last terrace going down towards the sea hosts a splendid panoramic infinity pool surrounded by a large solarium area set up with sunbeds and umbrellas, a large gazebo with table and chairs perfect for dining by the pool and several “green” corners (finished with synthetic lawn) that give a beautiful touch of color. The garden is available to guests so that they can serve the freshest seasonal products.

VILLA NOTES
The rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, all water, electricity and gas consumption, WiFi internet, daily cleaning service (4 hours), daily caretaker assistance service (4 hours) , garden and pool cleaning, 1 change of towels midweek (generally on Wednesdays), breakfast preparation service (costs for food and drinks are the responsibility of the customer)
 For stays of more than a week, a complete change of linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price on Saturdays. The following extra services are available on request: shopping service €15; additional cleaning €15 per hour; caretaker assistance service after daily hours €20 per hour; change of sheets €50 and change of towels €40; pool towel change €30; brunch service €50; cook service €180 per service excluding the cost of food and drinks.
