There are 4 skylights cascading tons of natural light onto the 1700 square feet of indoor living space. The primary bedroom is enormous, even dwarfing the California King bed.
The full bathroom is a piece of art unto itself, and you have the potential for light to come in through a skylight while you enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.
The 1300 sq. ft. rooftop has just been renovated in 2021. It has a private keyed entrance where you have a tranquil sanctuary with expansive views of lower Manhattan, featuring the Empire State Building, the Jenga building, and the Freedom Tower. There is also a brand new Lynx BBQ, wet bar, fridge, freezer, outdoor shower, and grassy children’s play area, hot tub and cold plunge. Once atop the roof, you can enjoy 360-degree views of lower Manhattan as well as sunsets and sunrises to the East and West!
Furnishings include 55” flat screen TVs which we can be set up upon request. Additionally, the living room does have a projector, which is great for watching movies and games.
The location is ideal in the heart of Soho, steps to Tribeca and all of the greatest restaurant and shopping destinations NYC has to offer. Additionally, you are in very close proximity to major train lines and CitiBike stations.
