The ground floor of the villa features a large courtyard with a swimming pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and old walls, offering privacy for relaxing moments with friends and family. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. A few stairs lead from the courtyard to a mini-wellness paradise, including a sauna and Jacuzzi.

Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living area where the modern and old Dalmatian architecture blend harmoniously. The living area has access to the yard with a swimming pool, and there is also a guest toilet on this floor. Internal stairs connect the ground floor to the first floor, which houses two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The second floor offers two more bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms and magnificent sea views. On the third floor, you'll find a spacious room with a double bed connected to a large terrace with outdoor furniture, including loungers, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and breathtaking views.
