Nestled in the foothills of the breath-taking Atlas Mountains, this is a luxurious home-from-home complete with a heated pool, private tennis court and more, for up to 16 lucky guests! On your arrival, our housekeeper will ensure all business is in order, giving you the chance to unwind and put your feet up simply; you’re on holiday, after all! Your very own personal chef will prepare your meals, and the shopping will be done at the local markets and supermarkets. The entire villa is set across one spacious, air-conditioned floor in a traditional Moorish style, creating an open and interconnected ambience. From every part, you can admire breath-taking panoramic views. The living room has lots of comfortable spots to enjoy a moment of peace, while the dining room is fantastically formal and elaborate, creating a unique space in which to enjoy meals together! In the main building, you will find four double/twin bedrooms and a fifth room connected to one of the double bedrooms with a set of bunk beds, ideal for two children. All four rooms extend from the enchanting central courtyard. Each of the rooms is warmly lit through the many windows and filled with vibrant red and browns and is equipped with a unique Moroccan-style ensuite bathroom, with a delightful shower. Furthermore, there are three separate units in the garden, each with one bedroom and a private bathroom, offering up to six guests that little extra space and privacy! All of the bathrooms are uniquely styled to reflect the warm colours of the natural landscape beyond, with forest greens and sea blues throughout. In the mesmerisingly beautiful garden, you can enjoy a dip in your vast, heated swimming pool, complete with a pool house with a bar and BBQ, and even your private tennis court! If you’re after a little more fun and games, try your hand at the famous boules-like game of péntaque, or test your reflexes on the ping pong table! For the ultimate relaxation and indulgence, there’s a private hammam with a massage room, and we will be more than happy to arrange for a masseur to visit the villa! We also have available four sets of golf clubs that you can use on the unbeatable local golf courses literally on your doorstep, including some of the best in the country! What was once a stop-off for hippies and hedonists has emerged through centuries of global visitors to become an unmissable capital of African tourism, with an alluring mix of North African culture and modern delights. This is 21 km from the fascinating, sensory-overloading city of Marrakesh, otherwise known as the ‘Red City’, abound with mosques, palaces and gardens and each as magnificent as the last! In 1985, Marrakesh’s medina, the densely packed, walled medieval city at the heart of the modern city, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Indeed, the saying goes that, back in the 1930s, Winston Churchill described Marrakesh as ‘the last paradise on Earth’! And we can see why! Lose yourself in the maze of vendors, food stalls and entertainers – with snake charmers, acrobats and fortune-tellers all showing off their talents and charms! However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included. Pool heating charge? Pool heating is charged at £250 per week, this needs to be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow the pool to heat up, to be paid with the balance to OT. Tourist Tax of 25 dirham per person per night is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival. Insurance? Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. Other Ts and Cs? The rates include maid service, a housekeeper, cook to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and supper, a pool man/gardener, security guard and includes all utilities. Food and drinks are NOT included in the rental price. The housekeeper will do two shops per week - the pre-stock and one mid week. Any additional shopping will be 200 dirhams per trip. A full board option is available which will be £280 per adult per week and £140 per child per week. Under 3s are free. This will include breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea if required, evening meal and all soft drinks. Alcohol will be extra.
