As our guest. You'll have access to any of the three shared hot tubs available in the community. Please note that this particular home does not have air conditioning. 

However its split level layout is designed to ensure your comfort during your stay. The main floor welcomes you with an open concept living area boasting high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors in the dining and kitchen areas. And elegant tall windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The interior is tastefully furnished with a blend of vintage ski decor and modern accents. An eye catching industrial chandelier hangs above the 6 seat dining area. While three trendy high top chairs at the breakfast bar and a cozy two seat cafe table provide additional seating options for enjoying your morning coffee. 

In the great room. You'll find a comfortable sectional sofa and two plush club chairs arranged around a large screen SmartTV and a gas fireplace set within an impressive river rock mantel. 

These inviting spaces are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the panoramic views of both the golf course and mountains offered by the picture windows scattered throughout. 

Step out onto your private deck just off the dining area to fully immerse yourself in these picturesque surroundings. 

Additionally a convenient BBQ grill can be found here for any outdoor cooking plans you may have. The main level also features an office area along with two kid friendly bedrooms arranged in a family friendly layout that provides privacy for both primary suites located downstairs:

Guests of the main level share a full bath with a combination shower/bathtub. 

For convenience, this home boasts a private laundry room on the lower level, a roomy two-car garage, and a boot/glove warmer. From the conveniently situated Snowcreek development, skiing, snowboarding, restaurants, nightlife and family-friendly entertainment are just minutes away.
