This scenic part of Cyprus is well-known for its natural beauty. Think impressive tree-lined mountain ranges and the famous Cape Greco National Park where you can explore the pine forest trails via walking, mountain biking or horse riding. The routes take in picture-worthy nature, sea and cliff views. For the scuba divers, Cape Greco National Park is also a top choice. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you can spend fun-filled afternoons exploring the submerged caves, rock formations and canyons. Because it’s near the lively resort town of Ayia Napa, you could also stop there. Ayia Napa isn’t just famous for its nightlife and water park, there’s the Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery, which stands in the central square as well as Ayia Napa Harbour – a great place to try freshly-caught seafood.
