This villa is a skilfully restored historic farmhouse that preserves the spirit of the place where it is located, the gentle hills of the Marche; it is your ideal home if you are looking for a rustic and charming accommodation. Ideal for those who want to stay in total privacy and safety, in contact with nature but close to everyone in the comfort of the town which is only 1 km away and the famous velvet beaches of Senigallia which are about 15 km away. The villa owes its name to the fact that it is owned by a famous local pianist and that is why in the house you will find a baby grand piano at your disposal. Guests have access to the main building with 4 bedrooms and about 15 meters from the annex with 2 other bedrooms to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends up to 14 people. The house is surrounded by a private and exclusive garden with many trees, plants and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents and a large private swimming pool with outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax in the sun or in the shade. On summer evenings you can enjoy dinner in the respective verandas or under the patio with large gazebos near the houses. From the villas you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the ancient village of Ostra. You can easily walk to the village of Ostra, where you will find a small supermarket. In the surrounding countryside there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and other local products. The area is known for its high quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, which can be purchased at the nearby Azienda Agricola Landi. This villa offers its guests a large, completely private garden equipped with a large table to eat outside and enjoy the breeze of the hills and the spectacular panorama of the surrounding nature. Guests have access to a private swimming pool for exclusive use equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, gazebos and relaxation areas, changing room with outdoor shower immersed in the woods.
