Entirely built from local tuff stone, the villa is a tribute to the raw beauty and natural light of the South. The exposed stone façade blends seamlessly with the surrounding countryside, while inside, vaulted ceilings in tuff bring rhythm and warmth to the interiors. The entrance opens into a spacious living area with a cozy lounge, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A large glass window frames the pool and the panoramic view like a living painting. A guest bathroom is located next to the living area. From the hallway, you can access two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and independent entrance from the outside. One of the rooms enjoys a direct view of the pool, creating a continuous dialogue between indoors and out. The veranda, connected to the living area, is furnished with an elegant dining table for outdoor meals, framed by the view over the valley. The infinity pool, set at the highest point of the property, invites guests to fully relax and soak in the silence and beauty of the landscape. Next to the pool, a shaded pergola covers a custom-built stone seating area with cushions, alongside a sunbathing area with loungers. An external staircase leads to the upper terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and its golden light reflected on the olive trees.

A few meters from the main house, an independent guesthouse — restored from a historic structure — offers a third double bedroom with private bathroom. An outdoor pergola shelters a stone seating nook, offering a quiet and intimate corner surrounded by nature.
