The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster) with table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and iron. On the first floor is the second living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa. The second well-equipped kitchen (oven, mocha, microwave) with exit to the balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee overlooking the panorama.
