Located in a peaceful area, it’s just a 5-7 minute walk to the vibrant Boat Avenue and Villa Market, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, and kitchenware. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer pool views, creating a true tropical living experience. The living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi—perfect for both relaxation and remote work. The main building houses the en-suite master bedroom (with direct pool access) and a guest bedroom. A separate pavilion features a third en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower, ideal for a couple or children. Outside, the covered patio by the pool includes a dining area, perfect for evening meals or cocktails. The spacious pool deck offers loungers for sunbathing, while the private pool invites you to unwind in the tropical climate. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request. Please be aware that there is currently a construction site adjacent to the villa. Noise will be audible during daytime working hours.
