The landscaped grounds span three acres and feature a sandy beach as well as an expansive lush lawn where children can play and guests can find tranquility in a hammock beneath swaying palm trees. The changing spectacle of the sea captivates the eyes with its array of mesmerizing hues that extend towards the pristine horizon. The occasional spray of sea mist adds to the beauty shimmering white as it reaches out towards the lawn but never quite touching it.
Five inviting bedrooms are strategically positioned along the seafront offering views. Additionally two delightful and spacious bedrooms can be found in Rum Punch Cottage which sits 30 yards away across the lane. This cottage also boasts its pool and sun deck, for ultimate relaxation.
The main house features a living area, a kitchen, a dining pavilion and a media room, with a 60" flat screen TV. It also includes a bar, a central pool and a terrace. Additionally there is a cottage with two bedrooms that also offers its living room, kitchen, TV lounge and private pool.
All the bedrooms in both the house and the cottage are equipped with air conditioning that can be controlled remotely. They also have state of the art "Big Ass" Designer Fans for added comfort. Guests can choose between feather or hypoallergenic pillows from the menu provided. The bathrooms in all rooms are air conditioned well and feature vanities, rainfall showers and stylish Axor Hansgrohe polished stainless steel fixtures. In addition to walk in showers six of the bathrooms have bathtubs for relaxation. Cable television is available in all bedrooms of the house while the cottage has an Apple TV lounge area.
