The 2-bedroom main house and detached guest house with an additional bath are styled in a modern, chic decor, and feature custom furniture accented by V-shaped steel supports, redwood-paneled siding and ceilings, and a black steel staircase designed by Albert Frey. The double-height atrium adds a feeling of openness throughout. Both bedrooms in the main house offer a California king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private entrance to the back garden and circular pool through sliding glass doors. The guest house also features a California king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, living room, and full kitchen with double fridge and dishwasher.

Other features of the home include a wood-paneled kitchen, 8-seat dining table beneath an industrial-styled chandelier, a separate 5-seat breakfast table, and an indoor fire pit. Sliding glass doors throughout, a swooping tongue and groove ceiling, and an expansive wrap-around balcony create seamless indoor/outdoor flow. The living room also features a custom built-in bar, fireplace, and relaxed sitting area.
