1st installment of 50% must be paid within 2 days of the booking confirmation
2nd installment of 50% must be paid up to 30 days before the client's arrival
If the booking has been confirmed less than 30 days prior to the check-in day:
100% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
Security Deposit
EUR 1.500,00 to be paid via cash payment upon arrival
Cancellation Policy
The payments are non-refundable
In case of Covid restrictions with an official government announcement from/to Greece rescheduling of the booking is required [based on the season they have initially booked and the total amount of rental payment
