The creamy marble of the floors in the main living area seamlessly flows to the outdoor spaces making the home seem even larger than its already palatial size. Indoors is just as impressive as the outdoors. The modern furniture and decor give the space a chic contemporary feel, but there are still splashed of blue that matches the Caribbean waters nearby. The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds in rooms one and two. Rooms three and four both have two double beds. Each room has access to an ensuite, and all but one have direct terrace or balcony access.

You will never worry about a thing from the moment you set foot in this villa! There is a gardener and pool person to care for the grounds, and the interior of the property is looked after by maid service 7 days per week. The resort also has a personal concierge that you can employ as needed.

You will have full access to all the amenities of the Punta Cana Resort which include tennis courts, fitness center, beach access, and a world-renowned golf course. Nothing will be the same once you spend time at the villa, you will never want to go back to your regular life!

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
