The property is accessed via two entrances: house number 29, directly from the street, and house number 31. Entering at house number 29, you climb 17 steps to the ground floor of the house. Entering at house number 31, you cross a path and enter directly into the private garden, where the swimming pool and solarium are located. Adjacent to the garden is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stove, a brick oven ideal for pizzas, and a barbecue for grilling meat and fish. Crossing the garden leads to the patio, divided into two fully furnished areas with outdoor sofas. Upstairs, there is a beautiful double terrace with sea views, furnished with tables and chairs for enjoying lunches and dinners with friends! The inviting swimming pool is set within the landscaped garden, ensuring absolute privacy. The rectangular pool, with a 30 cm wide granite edge and a painted concrete ladder for access to the water, measures 5.00 x 4.00 m with a depth ranging from 120 cm to 150 cm. Entering from the ground floor, therefore from the garden, we find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and a closet, with direct access to the patio, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Either the external or internal staircase leads to the first floor, where we find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with direct access to the terraces furnished with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden and sea. Adjacent to the kitchen is another double bedroom with a separate entrance from the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Going up one floor, we find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the harbor! Finally, in the basement, we find a twin bedroom with direct and independent access to a small terrace and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Opposite the bedroom is the laundry area with a large pantry.The Villa boasts a private bathroom and separate entrance for each bedroom, giving guests a sense of independence while still maintaining their privacy. The pool is open from April to October and can be heated upon request.
