Rent a beautiful 6-bedroom fine villa with a pool in Istria for your next vacation and enjoy great privacy amidst green surroundings and close to all amenities. The modern self-catering holiday home spreads on a private plot of 4,200 sqm in the village of Butkovici. The beautifully landscaped courtyard occupies 2,500 sqm. The living space takes up approx. 250 sqm and spreads over 2 floors of the main house and the auxiliary house by the pool.
This villa features a wine bar and can accommodate private groups of 12-14 guests across its 6 elegant bedrooms. 5 bedrooms come with a private bathroom and a shower. One is on the ground floor and thus it is senior-friendly, equipped with a double bed. Four bedrooms are on the upper floor accessible by internal stairs. These 4 bedrooms also come with private bathrooms with a shower and feature large double beds. The double beds in the rooms upstairs can be separated into two singles. Moreover, two of the bedrooms offer extra beds, each for one person. A baby cot is available on request.
This villa offers a relaxing oasis for groups of friends or for families. The huge garden offers a large swimming pool (surface 54 sqm) with a shallow section and a waterfall. By the pool, you will find the sunbathing platform and next to it is an outdoor dining room with a gas grill and summer kitchen. Inside the small house is another bedroom with a bunk bed. For the entertainment for children, here is a playground with slides, swings, and a seesaw. In addition, there is table tennis. For the spa, the moment seizes the indoor Jacuzzi and sauna.
The airy living room opens up to a covered terrace with lounge seating and flows to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances and utensils. The kitchen island provides a great place for food preparation or can serve as a breakfast bar. Air conditioning is available in all indoor areas. A laundry washing machine is available. This villa is a pet-friendly villa. The pet fee is 70 EUR per week per pet or 10 EUR per day per pet.
