Perched against the hills, the Country House (220m² air-conditioned) unfolds its grandeur with an open layout that seamlessly connects terraces and the pool. Picture yourself in the vast living room, surrounded by bay windows, soaking in the sunlight and the feeling of being amidst the garden. The dining room is a vibrant spectacle, with a square table inviting communal tastings, adorned by Goro's artistic touches. The kitchen, a blend of modernity and high-tech sophistication, extends to a high table and a convenient pantry.

Climbing the stone staircase to the first floor reveals three bedrooms, each facing south and offering breathtaking views of the gardens, olive groves, and beyond. The master suite exudes warmth with antique parquet flooring, while the junior rooms, with lavender-themed décor, promise infinite softness. Contemporary chic defines Suite 3, with carmine red walls capturing the essence of the setting sun.

The Farmhouse (260m² air-conditioned), the former agricultural heart of the estate, now stands as a testament to rural luxury. The ground floor unveils a kitchen welcoming you with the warmth of a return from the garden, a living room with inviting sofas and a 1940s bar, and access to a spacious sheltered outdoor lounge. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed and a private terrace, offering views of the courtyard, hackberry tree, and tower. Junior rooms, accessed by a spiral staircase, lead to a large terrace facing the hill and its scrubland.

The Tower (90m² air-conditioned), standing tall against the azure sky, dates back to the late 15th century. Its independent and atypical layout, accessed by a terrace adorned with rosemary and roses, evokes a feeling of slipping through time. Two bedrooms, one per floor, are a royal experience with king-size beds, walk-in showers, and toilets. At the tower's peak, the view is nothing short of remarkable – making anyone feel like the ruler of their world.

The Barn, transformed into a guardian's house, ensures the privacy and comfort of the tenants. The resident guardians, discreet yet ever-present, tend to the property and its olive groves, providing a sense of serenity.

Outdoors, the 13-hectare estate boasts mesmerizing views of the Alpilles and the Baux Valley. The Country House offers a heated pool, while the Farmhouse has a courtyard, and the Tower presents terraces for dining and lounging. COUNTRY HOUSE (220m² air-conditioned)
Bedroom 1:
Located facing the stairs, its antique parquet brings warmth to the minimalist atmosphere of this spacious room. It has its private bathroom with toilets. Bedding: 200x200 cm (king size).

Bedroom 2:
Junior Room 2-its neighbor, also with aged parquet. Overlooking the lavender square, matched with walls in a lovely powdery purple, giving this room infinite softness. Bedding: 200x200 cm (king size).

Bedroom 3:
Suite 3-the carmine red walls surround its bed and extend the colors of the sun. Indeed, it is through the windows of its open bathroom that the rays of the setting sun enter. Probably the most contemporary of the three rooms in the country house. Bedding: 200x200 cm (king size).

FARMHOUSE (260m² air-conditioned)
Bedroom 4:
Independent, accessed by the stone staircase. An entrance from the terrace at the back of the farmhouse has been created, offering a direct connection to the gardens. The spacious king-size bed room has its office area, dressing room, and bathroom with bathtub and shower. The view of the courtyard, the hackberry tree, and the tower precedes the more extended view over the plain. Silky bed linens and thick towels are always the signature of the house, as well as the iconic Eau d'Orange Verte from Hermès.

Bedroom 5:
Located above the living room, a spiral staircase reveals the spacious shared landing. As if lifted by the hand of Zeus, access to a large terrace facing the hill and its scrubland is discovered. The room has a king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The quality of the linen is, of course, the same as the entire estate, as are the Hermès products.

This Suite equipped with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and toilet. At the top of the tower, this room has a remarkable view.

BATHROOM DETAILS
The bathroom and toilets for Master 1 and the junior bedroom, allocated to this section, are located on the landing.

The Tower boasts a kitchen terrace with a dining room, parasol, and barbecue, Provençal ornamental gardens, a lounge terrace with lounge and parasol, a well, an olive grove with 2800 young olive trees, 60 truffle oaks, and the Canal des Baux.

As for The Barn, it features a vegetable garden, chicken coop, terraces, Provençal ornamental gardens, accessibility, and security with a fully fenced property, outdoor areas under video surveillance, and private parking.

POOL DETAILS
The property features a heated pool measuring 15 x 4 meters with an electric rolling shutter designed for the farmhouse, along with a second pool designated for the tower, accompanied by sun loungers and parasols.

STAFF AND SERVICES
Upon arrival, guests receive a warm welcome that includes a guided house tour and assistance with settling in. Additionally, a welcome booklet containing our finest recommendations and tips is provided. The houses come fully equipped with bed linen, bathrobes, bath sheets, and welcome products. Thoughtful touches such as flowers, olive oil, a small grocery store, tea, and coffee are at your disposal, along with other delightful surprises. For stays lasting a week, we conduct a weekly cleaning service with changes of sheets and towels. From May 1 to September 30, the garden and heated pools receive regular maintenance. A technical support service is also available for the houses.

The property offers a heated pool available from May 1 to September 30, a charging station for electric cars, a non-smoking house, inclusive tourist tax, non-wheelchair accessibility, the possibility of long-term rental, and unfortunately does not accept pets.
