This home has abundant ceiling fans and fabulous ocean cross breezes. It is not centrally air-conditioned. Four portable air conditioning units are available for two of the upper primary suites, the fitness area and the ‘Ohana suite.

Each guest of every party must sign a release and waiver due to the unique nature of the property.

Standard occupancy is 16 guests. Maximum occupancy is 18. Extra guest fees apply to guests 17-18.

A utility fee will be charged for 21+ day stays.
