The large covered ocean pier is a fantastic place to watch the dolphins swimming and playing around when the sun starts to go down. Or you might catch a glimpse of a manatee floating around nearby.

You can have the best of both worlds as the home is located on a private island, with security and privacy of being on a private island yet only a 1-minute boat ride to the center of Placencia Village. This Villa offers the privacy and comfort of your own home along with all the associated high-end resort amenities. Including daily maid service and a professional chef to cook your meals 3 pre-set days a week in the home. It offers all the comforts of home, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, high end appliances, commercial ice maker, city power, water, etc. Home features two freshwater pools, one on the ground level and one on the second floor to watch the amazing sunsets over the mountains and ocean. Each large bedroom has a private bathroom with walk in showers.

The Master Bedroom has a huge outdoor shower and bathtub as well as a private bathroom indoors. Large covered patios are located on all levels of the home overlooking both the marina and the ocean, providing the perfect place to enjoy the amazing island breeze and sunrise/sunset which are some of the most beautiful views in Placencia! Get on one of the provided paddle boards or kayaks, located right on the white sand beach behind home. Take a tour around the island and the amazing house reef on the front side of the island, or through the marina. Nice snorkeling is right around the island and the water is always smooth on the leeward side where the house beach is located. Jump in the provided shuttle boat and have the caretaker drop you off on the Placencia Village dock just 2 minutes away and go into town and check out of the fine restaurants, bars, or gift shops along the famous Placencia Sidewalk. Placencia is the second most popular tourist destination located in Southern Belize. It is located on a 16 mile long peninsula that is surrounded by the Placencia Lagoon on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. It is much smaller, less congested and more laid back than Ambergris Caye / San Pedro. Being on a peninsula and not an island, Placencia provides easy access to the Belize Rainforest and many activities on the mainland like Mayan Ruins, waterfalls, zip lining and cave tubbing to name a few. Placencia offers numerous restaurants, small shops and bars and is home to famous Placencia Sidewalk and is the perfect place for an amazing Caribbean vacation. All international flights coming into Belize land at the Belize City Airport (BZE). Our full time concierge will work with you to arrange transportation from BZE to the property. Getting from BZE to the villa is easy with 2 options available. Option 1 is to take a short (approximately 30 minute) local commuter flight from BZE to the Placencia Airstrip where you will be met by the staff that will make sure you get in shuttle for the short ride to the Placencia Pier where the villas staff and boat will be waiting to take you on the short 2 minute ride out to the villa. Our concierge will work with you to book these flights once you have your international flights booked and locked in. Option 2 is to take a van shuttle from BZE to the Placencia Pier where the villas staff will be waiting in the boat to take you on the short 2 minute ride to the villa. The driver will meet you outside of baggage claim. The drive from BZE to the marina is around 3 hours. Our concierge will work with you to get this booked again once you have your international flights booked.
