However, Villa Ventura has its own parking area, which is accessible via a code, located in front of its main door. From there, a small green path leads to the main entrance of the villa. Once inside, guests will be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and central kitchen island, offering a stunning view of the pool. The main living room boasts a beautiful sofa, perfect for gathering or watching French and American TV channels. The space can be completely opened to the outside by opening the sliding windows and doors of the two bedrooms, giving guests a feeling of staying in a large loft with a modern and sought-after decoration.
The villa features two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The first bedroom benefits from a patio, which provides natural light and greenery. The beautiful bathroom is in continuity with the dressing room and is also bathed in natural light. On the other side, the second bedroom offers a nice surface area with storage and a shower with a view of the outside.
