The location is truly enviable: in just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the port, animated by elegant boutiques, refined restaurants, and typical places. Culture enthusiasts can explore the old town of Porto Ercole, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The outdoor spaces offer different areas dedicated to various moments of relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool with a sea view, flanked by a charming patio furnished with comfortable sofas, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. The garden, designed down to the smallest detail, is perfect for relaxing in the shade of the pine trees and letting the children play in complete safety. On the same floor as the kitchen, you will find an outdoor patio with a wooden table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches on hot summer days.

On the upper floor, there are two outdoor areas with sea views. The first is an elegant relaxation area with white sofas, while the second is furnished with sofas and an outdoor mattress, perfect for spending afternoons in the shade, immersed in reading or in the company of dear friends.

The entire furnishings of the villa have been designed with great attention, offering an elegant and refined environment. Each space exudes a sense of harmony and beauty, providing a unique and memorable living experience.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, after the entrance, there is a large open space area with a kitchen and dining room, overlooking a charming, perfectly maintained garden. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Going up to the upper floor, you access a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two entrances that lead to the outdoor spaces, offering continuity between inside and outside.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts necessary for an extended stay. It has modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, ideal for cooking with ease even for large groups.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, with a large table and chairs, as well as elegant sideboards that house various sets of plates and cutlery.

On the same floor, there is a first bedroom with a double canopy bed, spacious wardrobes, and a window overlooking the garden, from which you can admire the suggestive lights of dawn in the morning. This bedroom has a private bathroom in French style. Going up the stairs from the dining room, you access the upper floor.

The heart of the upper floor is the living room, furnished with comfortable sofas facing the large windows that offer a splendid view of the sea. This extremely welcoming space is perfect for spending moments of conviviality or relaxation, perhaps watching television or simply enjoying the tranquility of the house.

From the living room, you can also access the two upper bedrooms. The first bedroom has direct access to the outside through a large French window, allowing you to wake up in the morning and admire the garden with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. The room, with a sloping roof, is furnished with a double bed and a window at the end, providing another opportunity to enjoy the stunning view.

The second bedroom, overlooking the terrace, is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom, also located on the upper floor, which has a sink, complete bathroom fixtures, and a large shower. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, duvets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Keep in Mind From November 1st to May 1st, a supplement of €30 per day will be required for heating, if used.
