The residential area covers 200 square meters, while the total plot is 700 square meters. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. A baby cot is available on request. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, one on the mezzanine, and two others on the upper floor. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the mezzanine bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled together as a double bed. On the upper floor, you will also find a sauna and hot tub.

The outdoor infinity pool and sun deck provide a soothing view of the forest. Several outdoor lounge areas are tastefully decorated making the perfect setting for revitalizing body and mind.

The beautifully designed ground floor has an open-concept floor plan. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, and a luxurious living room. The details of the decorative concrete blend perfectly with the gold and black accents, creating a classy mix of industrial and posh ambiance. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, top, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and coffee maker for filter coffee. In addition, you will find a charcoal grill and a gas grill outside. Laundry facilities included washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning is available in all areas. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking for up to 4 cars is provided on the property.

The Porec area, and especially the area of Vizinada, is known for its olive groves and vineyards. So here you will find numerous local agro-tourist facilities offering wine and olive oil tastings. Further, cycling is also popular here. The west coast of Istria offers beautiful beaches. It takes approx. 20 minutes by car to the sea. On the other hand, Istria is known for its historic medieval towns on the hills in the hinterland. We recommend a visit to the town of Motovun and tasting some local traditional dishes with truffles and homemade pasta.
