LOCATION DETAILS
An hour’s drive from the villa, you will reach the vibrant, cosmopolitan city of Lisbon. Food, music and wine weave their way into every nook and cranny of this lively city, and a day trip or overnight stay is definitely recommended.
Security deposit: €600 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time: 4 pm, late check-in after 8 pm will have a fee of €30 to be paid on arrival.

Linen & towels included: Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included: Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included: Not included in the rental price, extra €250 to be paid with the balance to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
