Thanks to a pale palette of white and sea blue, high ceilings, and open floor plans, the interior living spaces are also a breath of fresh air. A media room, a formal dining room, a massive central hall, and a living room facing to the sea provide even more spots to enjoy casual conversations and hours of relaxation and fun. There is a modern gourmet kitchen in the villa as well, and if you are not interested in cooking you can simply hire the resort's chef to handle it for you.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes.

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
