This brand-new home just finished construction in August of 2020. It's a custom-built house that was designed with one thing in mind... guest experience. Whether you're looking for a private escape with your closest friends and family or you are coming to Cabo for a corporate retreat, this incredible estate is a perfect Cabo luxury villa rental.

Inside this villa rests 9 suite-style bedrooms, each with ocean view, private or shared patio, and private bathrooms. There are 15 beds, all King of Queen, allowing a group of 30 to sleep comfortably. As you enter the home, you are greeted by sprawling ocean, city, and mountain views. The top (main) floor is home to a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, living room with Smart TV, and two master suites. The middle floor has 5 bedrooms and a large shared patio that is perfect for intimate moments, sunsets, or morning cups of coffee. The bottom floor has two more bedrooms that share access to a small garden, which is the perfect place to sit back and read your favorite book.

The pool patio is an area that guests love to spend their time. It features a large saltwater swimming pool, an 8-person jacuzzi, and lounge seating that are perfect for your days and nights spent at the villa. You can enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals and snacks while never missing a moment of the action at the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and shaded outdoor dining area that can fit up to 30 people. The second level patio is more intimate and a perfect place to start or end a day with your better half.

Your rental of this villa comes complete with daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and a personal concierge to help you with everything you need on your vacation.

* An additional $75 USD per person per night will be built into the nightly rate for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 28 guests.

All of our villas include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
