The villa is very stylish with a spacious exterior and modern interior, extending over 3 floors: the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor. The basement features one bedroom with double beds and a toilet, as well as an entertainment room with billiards, table tennis, and table soccer.
On the ground floor, you'll find 3 modern and comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with a pool. The first floor hosts a wonderful master bedroom with a lovely view of the surroundings, along with a large area containing a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living area. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls offer a beautiful view of the peaceful and well-maintained area, with the terrace just a step away, ideal for wining and dining until the dawn.
The highlight of the pool area is a large swimming pool (81 m2) surrounded by beach chairs. The terrace also features a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes. Additionally, the sauna is located on the ground floor with an exit to a spacious terrace. After swimming in the pool, you can completely relax in the sauna or socialize in the basement with entertainment games.
The villa is completely air-conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi for your convenience. While in Istria, we recommend visiting Brijuni National Park and the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Medulin, and Novigrad. Kids will have fun in Aquapark Istralandia, and you can indulge in delicious Istrian dishes such as boskarin, truffles, and seashells.
