Description
The villa is the epitome of Caribbean style, with vibrant pops of color on the exterior walls and soothing shades of white indoors. The property consists of three separate bungalows built around a split-level deck, providing plenty of shaded outdoor spaces for socializing or solitude. All buildings are fully air-conditioned, but the wide doors and windows are screened to allow for the natural air-conditioning of cool sea breezes.
This luxury villa's proximity to the beach makes it an ideal spot for water activities. Hammocks and beach chairs are available for guests to relax, and you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. Marigot Bay is a marine reserve with a reef that's rich in sea life and free of jet skis and boats, making it an ideal location for water sports.
The largest of the villa's buildings features a living room and well-equipped kitchen, which are separated by a breakfast bar, providing a great flow for conversation. The master bedroom, complete with an ocean view, Euro King bed, and ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, is located upstairs.
The other two bedrooms are situated in separate buildings, offering excellent privacy for families or groups of friends. One of the rooms has two twin beds that can be converted into a king, while the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and stunning ocean views.
If you prefer to dine out, the villa is just a short drive from fine dining at Le Guanahani and Le Sereno restaurants. However, if you want to spend your evenings at home, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare dinner for 12. You can also arrange for a private chef or buy fresh fish from a local fisherman who will deliver it straight to your terrace, where you can barbecue on the grill.
